How Much Noni Juice Should You Drink a Day?
If you have just brought home your first bottle, this is usually the first thing you want to know, and the answer is refreshingly simple: follow the serving size printed on the label. For our Organic Hawaiian Noni Juice, that is 30 ml per day.
That serving size is the number to go by. There is no need to treat "more" as "better", and this article is not going to suggest an "optimal" amount for any particular purpose, because the sensible approach with any food supplement is to stick to the label.
A couple of practical notes for getting started:
Ease in. If you are new to the strong flavour, there is nothing wrong with starting with a smaller amount and working up to the label serving over a few days.
Keep it consistent. A regular time, like part of your morning routine, makes it easy to remember and easy to stick with.
Store it right. Keep it refrigerated once opened, and check the label for how long to use it after opening.
Noni juice is naturally high in potassium, so if you have kidney disease or are on a potassium-restricted diet, check with your doctor before making it a regular habit. As with any supplement, follow the label directions, and consult a healthcare provider if you are unsure, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a health condition or take medication and want to check that noni fits your situation.
